At SKULLFURY MERCH, we stand behind our gear, but if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
